Much depends on your personal situation, of course (plate or raised, 1st or 2nd floor access type is available, how much space is there, etc.), but in general you can do something. The tough part is, the longer and the more it will cost them. You should discuss with your installer to determine whether the surcharge is reasonable for you to the bathroom you want.
