What is this weird ulcer type thing on my gum? - big gum ulcer
I am petrified of dentists and have not seen a roughly 4 years. The last time I went through a terrible job and was not done properly anesthetized. Year/18 In recent months, I was curious how the growth of ulcer in my lower jaw out. Enlightenment from time to time, and if you pressure him, it hurts my gums. It looks like a bad rash, but it stings like an ulcer, is more like a dot. I took antibiotics, the doctor, but nothing. And I'm afraid to see a dentist ... What can and what you can do about it?

It is true that antibiotics are the clear need, but may drain the pus accumulated in the first place. You do not want a lot of pain, swelling of the mouth right?
