Will I be able to use U.S College Grants, Loans and Scholarships in a foreign University? - grants loans site:blogspot.com

Hello.

I am an American citizen, and I intend to a university in Argentina, in part, De La Salle University, Manila. Can the U.S. subsidies for loans and grants for my classes at this university to pay?

Please I want serious answers to this question.

Thanks

  1. As for the scholarships do not read the fine print. Some can use in a university outside the United States, others do not.

You have the option of loans from the U.S. Federal loan or a school for some who are not in the United States or a U.S. territory to be used. You can search the list of schools that code on the FAFSA here to select a foreign country if the government asked http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/FOTWWebApp/FSLoo ...

I do not think La Salle University is on the list. You can also check with your bank whether they are are private loans for students from U.S. universities.

Firstly, for a university in the United States, that you go to the University of the Philippines as a possible semester abroad. (It should be not only at 2 years on). At least at the college I've attended, is authorized to conduct up to 2 years in the country out of graduate school, and always with the United States, given the degree. During these two years you will receive subsidies from the United States and the college loans that you will by the use of a local school.

    For example:
As the Penn State accepted (I do not know if I can go to the Philippines as a semester abroad, but I'll just throw a name) from the local university. The state's financial aid office that you want to take a semester abroad to the Philippines and to help and to find ways to cover the costs. They will give you the estimated cost, so that you shall be applied for loans and grants. In general, you must have at least one semester in the United States before visiting abroad, but it would be this way you have time to prepare the school for each grant countries. Call to see around the schoolswas proposed to study abroad in this country. You can also 1 half of the United States, followed by 2 years to make to get there and then come back and win the last 1 1 / 2 years in the United States. (Although Argentina has 2 years worth of courses to transfer back) notes, however, the price abroad.

You can do 4 years ago in the Philippines, but to show they really against him. I know a friend who was 5 years in Egypt and is a master, but when he returned to the United States for employment, which reduced his skills for only a few credits on an Associate Degree. .. it is now back to a university in the United States for your degree (again). Sad, but true.
